Real Life Stories

Water's Wedding

So a couple of weeks ago, I received the once in a lifetime opportunity. I was able to shoot my best friend's wedding. It was an absolute dream. If I ever had a wedding, I would want it exactly like this one. We drove up to Natural Bridge, took a sky lift up to the location, and then there it was-the view. Holy Moly. It was incredible. She walked right up to her wedding (which only took about 7 minutes) and then BAM- married couple. They only had about 16 people total at their wedding, no bridesmaids or groomsmen; just the really important people.

Amanda and I have been best friends since our junior year of high school in photography class. We both though each other was mean at first. But then the day came where I didn't arrive to class early and the only open seat was next to her. So I asked "Is anyone sitting here?" and TA DA, a friendship was born!

Since I've known Amanda for so long, I know what makes sense for her. There have been people in her life where I'm like "Really, Amanda?? Why??" But with Tyler, it makes sense. I think we should live our life around this. If it makes sense, do it. If it doesn't, well, then find something or someone who does. Tyler makes sense for Amanda and I couldn't be happier about it.

Okay.. Now for some pictures....
